The Story
Innovix faced a formidable challenge at Indo German Vacu Treatment Pvt. Ltd. in Chakan: to demolish and rebuild their administration office while their adjacent production lines operated 24/7. This demanded a surgical approach to planning and execution, ensuring no disturbance to manufacturing and absolute safety.
We began with the safe demolition of the existing structure, then installed a 25-foot high barricade to completely isolate the construction zone from the active shop floor. Within this secured area, we meticulously constructed a new G+1 administrative block. Our scope included full-scale MEP services, advanced HVAC systems, and complete interior fit-outs, including custom furniture and operational infrastructure, all tailored to Indo German Vacu’s needs.
Despite site constraints and continuous operations, Innovix successfully executed this complex project. The outcome is a high-performance administrative office, a testament to our specialized expertise in live-site construction and turnkey excellence.
